Heart and circulatory disease is the UK’s biggest killer.That’s why the British Heart Foundation (BHF) is fighting back with Heart Towns – entire communities coming together through local volunteering and fundraising activities to support our life-saving, pioneering work.

Heart Towns benefit from the BHF’s wide range of resources and education programmes, so that everyone in the community can learn practical steps on how to improve their heart health.

Camberley was launched in September 2011 as one of 50 Heart Towns nationwide.
