Thousands enjoyed Surrey Heath Show 2009
2009 again saw good weather for the show, attendance was up on last year, accompanied by many new activities, including a football tournament, and flower displays. The railway in the park ran all day and boat rides on the Basingstoke Canal. The event raised more than £12,500 for the Mayor’s Charity distributed to local charities and community organisations.
